Sending text messages from Grimp

You can now
send SMS directly from Grimp
to learners/alumni and company contacts.

What is changing
  • The
    “Emails” tab becomes “Messages”
    on learner, company and contact profiles
  • An
    Email/SMS selector
    is available in the editor
  • SMS use:
-
dynamic variables
(like emails)
- an
automatic shortening of the links
Good to know
  • SMS are sent from a
    short number
    (answer impossible for the recipient)
  • If the
    number is missing
    or the
    SMS package sold out
    , the shipment is blocked with an explanatory message
  • SMS messages appear in the
    message thread
    and the
    history
Sending SMS allows you to:
  • Reach your contacts more quickly on key messages
  • Increase reading rates on important communications
  • Centralize all exchanges (emails & SMS) in Grimp
A new way to
contact your learners and partners more quickly

Subscription
SMS become an annual subscription: they are renewed on the anniversary date.
Of course, additional packs can be purchased.
