Keep control of the confidentiality of your files

Until now, it was not possible to finely restrict who could consult a sheet.

👉 Now, you choose the visibility of each sheet: “Private” or “Shared”.

When a coach needs a private form that has already been followed, he requests access to it: the referring coach, or an admin from the dedicated screen, accepts it or refuses it and any acceptance adds the applicant as a co-referent of the form.

Concretely:

you choose whether a file remains private to its referees or is open to your entire team
you maintain control over requests for access to your most sensitive files
you easily add a colleague as a co-referent when necessary
