You are already familiar with the training programs in Grimp:
each learner is attached to it, with its follow-up steps until placement.
But until now, only one follow-up path applied to all your programs. It is impossible to distinguish, for example, initial training from work-study training: they do not however have the same steps or the same measure of success (a validated admission on the one hand, a work-study contract signed on the other).
👉 Now, each program can be linked to its own admission path, and the same program can be shared by several programs.

Concretely:
  • you distinguish between initial and work-study training, with stages and a measure of success specific to each
  • you choose the path to be displayed in the Kanban view of the learner CRM, and find the path of each learner using the new “Journey” column in the List view
  • you see the course and the admission file are updated automatically as soon as you change a learner's program
  • you manage your placement thanks to statistics now broken down by career path
